Property Administration Analyst V / CAFM Analyst
Brief Overview:
Will be doing employee reporting. Pulling information from databases. Working with Auto Cad for floor plans. Must have experience with Auto CAD.
Will be doing floor plan clean ups. Proposing new floor plans and floor layouts for the project team. Will be doing seat assignments and data clean up in IBM Tririga. They don’t have to have knowledge of that (Tririga), they can be trained, but Auto CAD is required.
Meet with other CAFM Analyst from other regions, weekly. Together, they will be doing floor walks to ensure data is accurate and records are accurate.
HYBRID ROLE – Will have to be onsite to do floor walks. Toronto office. To make sure everyone is sitting where they are supposed to sit.
The use of Tririga:
Tririga (an IBM program) and CAD are tied together.
Tririga keeps all their records for occupancy. While Tririga can be trained, overall knowledge of facilities management programs is preferred.
Dealbreaker:
Finding candidates who don’t know what this team does. This is a dealbreaker for the manager. Candidates who cannot speak to what this team does, what this team is responsible for, or does not understand commercial / office spatial planning, floor plans, occupancy, excel reporting, facilities management, will be rejected.
Need someone that understands what our business unit does, and what our goals are.
Top 3 Skills:
• AutoCAD
• Excel
• People Skills
Acceptable:
• Any industry
• Global experience ok.
• International Facilities management Assoc.
• Certifications – AutoCad.
Required Experience:
• CAD exp 2 -3 yrs.
• 2 to 3 years’ related experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Nice to Have:
• Post Secondary Education in a Computer/Technical program.
• Expert in CAD/Tririga and iOffice Hummingbird software as well as Facility database concepts.
