Our client is a leading multinational real estate professional services firm seeking a Project Manager based in Toronto. This role focuses on the delivery of office and corporate fit-out projects within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver office projects, including corporate fit-outs, renovations, and tenant improvements
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through close-out
- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards
- Provide confident, professional leadership in client-facing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience delivering commercial office projects
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle in a consulting or professional services environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional designation such as PMP, P.Eng., RAIC, or equivalent
- Experience delivering projects for financial institutions or large corporate occupiers
- Exposure to capital improvement programs or large-scale corporate fit-outs
