Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for banking initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies depending on project requirements.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across banking projects (e.g., risk, governance, reporting).
  • Track project progress and provide status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and project governance forums.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology or business transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
