Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for banking initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies depending on project requirements.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across banking projects (e.g., risk, governance, reporting).
- Track project progress and provide status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and project governance forums.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology or business transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
