About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join and grow with a business with a substantial pipeline of work, the Project Manager shall fulfil a critical role in delivery of projects on time and on budget.
The Project Manager shall be responsible for post sales coordination, implementation, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, the Project Manager will be based in the Tate ASP Canada Headquarters in Oakville, Ontario. The role will require travel to site & client design meetings throughout Canada.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Meet with suppliers and key partners for project during production stages.
- Create schedule and project timeline.
- Track deliverables.
- Support the data centre engineering and sales team.
- Lead quality assurance for each specific project.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Monitor production, delivery and construction issues on site as required.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess result of project.
- Account development activities including on-site opportunity identification and sales support to the sales manager.
- Any other reasonable duties as and when required and requested. The title of your job does not define or limit your employment.

Additional Expectation
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experienced in a Project Management or Project/Site Engineering Role
- Educated to degree level in an Engineering or Construction Studies discipline.
- Professional experience in project management/project engineering in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
- Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software is advantageous but not required
- Project management qualification is advantageous.
