The Opportunity

Your Impact Starts Here – As a Project Manager, Municipal Infrastructure based in Dartmouth, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping resilient, sustainable infrastructure across Nova Scotia and the Atlantic region. You'll guide diverse teams, deliver community‑building projects, and contribute to the growth of a thriving practice shaped by innovation and purpose. 


Your Impact

  • Deliver municipal engineering designs that strengthen community resilience, spanning water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction phases to produce integrated, future‑ready solutions.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client communication, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
  • Develop trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor for public and private sector partners across the region.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technologists, fostering technical development and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team culture.
  • Oversee quality assurance and technical excellence across deliverables.
  • Support proposals, estimates, and pursuit strategies that help secure impactful projects across Atlantic Canada.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • You are a P.Eng. with 5+ years of progressive municipal engineering experience, including project oversight and delivery.
  • You bring proven experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or roadway design.
  • Strong construction administration skills are considered an asset.
  • You understand municipal and provincial approval processes and apply them with confidence.
  • You are familiar with regional environmental standards, design guidelines, and permitting requirements.
  • You bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in environments that bridge disciplines and perspectives.
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and are ready to support project needs across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $84,500 – $113,500 
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800 
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 – $107,700

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
