Project Manager Civil

Job Description *Insight Global is looking for a Civil Project Manager for a long term contract at a large retail company in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and well versed in areas such as roofing, paving, design, construction, and commercial real estate. The engineering team plays a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of our physical infrastructure and planning our assets, ensuring that our stores are safe, efficient, and sustainable.Required Skills and Experience *Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.4-10 years of experience within project managementKnowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices..Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.Experience working with internal and external stakeholdersStrong experience with project management duties such as budget tracking, documentation, resource management, and time managementConduct site/store visits to assess project requirements and progress.Experience preparing project documentation, including schedules, status updates etc.
