We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can lead complex installations from concept to completion.
Â
Key Responsibilities
Â
Project Planning & Execution: Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Â
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Â
Team Leadership: Direct and support installation crews, ensuring safety compliance and productivity.
Â
Technical Oversight: Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specs for systems ranging from simple racking to automated storage units.
Â
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve site issues, material delays, and logistical challenges in real time.
Â
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
Â
Required Qualifications
Able to speak English
5+ years of project management experience in warehouse storage systems or industrial construction.
Proven expertise in:
Â
Pallet racking systems (selective, drive-in, push-back, etc.)
ASRS units and mole shuttle systems
Mezzanines and structural steel racking
Strong understanding of OSHA and site safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
