DESCRIPTION:
Plan, execute and delivery of site development projects
Manage client interactions
Manage project financials
Manage project execution
Identify Business Development opportunities
Ensure project is with in budget and on schedule
Complete project scoping and RFP assessments
Oversee the Site Plan Review Process
Attend all project meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
5-10 YearsProject Management Experience
CET or P.Eng. Designation
Strong understanding of government technical standards and legislative regulations
MS Office experience
