Skills and Responsibilities:
• Deliver large real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality.
• Oversight of multiple IT Real Estate projects
• Strong Knowledge to map IT services to Real Estate design.
• Communicate with business partners, IT and Real Estate efficiently.
• Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, requirements, processes, and communication,
• Collaborate with vendors: Construction, IT, Audio Video, Real Estate.
• Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively Job Requirements
• University degree or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management theory, methodology, techniques, rules and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
• Good years project management experience.
• Project Management Professions (PMP) Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
