A local General Contractor is hiring a Project Coordinator to support commercial and multi residential projects across Greater Victoria. Strong mentorship, steady project flow and long term growth.
1 to 3 years of construction coordination or site experience preferred. Responsibilities include RFIs, submittals, document control, subcontract buyout support, schedules, QA/QC tracking and project reporting.
Salary $70,000 to $90,000 plus benefits.
