We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator, to support the planning, execution, and successful completion of field project activities.


Working closely with the Project Manager, area managers, site supervisors, and field crews, this role assists to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, on budget, and in full compliance with internal standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence.


The ideal candidate will have:



  • A Diploma, certificate, or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, and/or equivalent Field experience and trade skills/knowledge (preferred).

  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in powerline construction, utilities or related infrastructure, project management, or a combination of these (preferred).

  • Previous experience in a project coordinator or project support capacity (preferred).

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, or actively working towards this designation (an asset).

  • A keen understanding and working knowledge of construction and project management processes, safety and quality regulations, and field procedures (required).

  • Microsoft Office (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, as well as project management software (ProCore, MS Project, etc) (required).

  • Organizational skills in supporting multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced, changing environment (required).

  • Time management proficiency to meet time-sensitive deadlines and competing priorities (required).

  • Effective communication, both verbally and written, and interpersonal ability (required).

  • Attention to detail and solutions-based problem solving (required).

  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver abstract (required).
