Whatwouldbeyour purpose?
Scout is on the hunt for a rockstarProject Coordinatortoassistwith current and upcoming projects. As Project Coordinator, you will be working on the front lines of projects, keeping teams aligned, organized, and moving forward.Youll be the go-to person for clear updates, smooth coordination, and well-timed information sharing. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love being the calm, proactive centre of a project, this role is for you.
What would you do?
- Scheduling andlogistics: Coordinate timelines, meetings, and resource allocation to keep projects on track.
- Communication:Act as the key point of contact, keeping project teams, stakeholders, and leadership aligned through clearand reliableupdates.
- Proactive information sharing:Keep project information organized and ensure the right details are shared with the right people at the righttime,so teams always have the context they need.
- Documentation and reporting:Maintainaccurateand up-to-dateproject records,monitorprogress, andhelpprepare status updates and presentations for stakeholders.
- Budget and risk management:Track budgets,monitorspending, andidentifyemerging risks or issues to supporttimelymitigation.
- Administrative support:Handle various administrative tasks, staying open-minded and flexible as needs arise.
- Internal Project Operations: Ensure that project invoices and employee timesheets are free of errors and approved in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:
Weare looking for someone withat least2 years ofprofessionalexperience with a focus onprojectcoordination.Similar, transferrableexperiencewill be considered.
