We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Program Coordinator ( Downtown Toronto , Hybrid) with experience in efficiently managing, reporting and scheduling the inventory and sale of vehicles through OPENLANE’s platforms. As the Program Coordinator, you will be a key participant in the roll-out of critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth.



Location:

You will work onsite in a hybrid capacity, three days in the office (King St, Downtown Toronto).


You Are:

You Will:

  • Key focal point in delivering daily solutions on customer operational commitments and requirements.

  • Build and maintain close customer relationships, internal and external.


  • Monitor and maintain website operations and deliver solutions while keeping to service level agreements.

  • Support Commercial Sales Director(s)/Program Manager(s) requests for information, including research & investigation, reports, documentation, etc.

  • Assist in operational setup of new customer requirements.

  • Coordinate and follow-thru on resolution of bugs and issues on a daily basis, including escalations.


  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of process documentation for assigned programs.

  • Manage the movement of vehicles through a series of processes from consignment thru post sale.

  • Ensure effective roll-out of new processes and/or changes to existing program rules and procedures.

  • Ensure best practices are followed on a regular basis.


  • Coordinate issue resolution between internal and external teams.

  • Assist other Program Coordinators in the event of vacations, personal days and increased volumes.

  • Act as a support role in absence of the Department Manager or Program Manager.

  • Perform other duties as requested by the Department Manager



Experience & Education requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years in a program coordinator role or equivalent.

  • Experience in managing client relationships on a logistical role.

  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.


  • Medium to Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organization and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated and multi-tasking oriented.


  • Automotive and Remarketing knowledge, a plus.

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM, a plus


Salary range: from $21.50 to $30 depending on experience.
