**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Production Associate where you will engage in optical testing and assembly processes within a cleanroom environment. This role demands multitasking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work with small parts and various tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of our products while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
**Responsibilities**
Conduct optical testing by managing up to 17 cameras simultaneously while operating multiple test benches.
Utilize testing software, connect and disconnect cables, and scan completed orders in SAP ERP.
Retest failed products and create support calls to the reactionary team.
Follow the schedule of work orders to ensure timely completion according to due dates.
Work inside the cleanroom, wearing proper garb and PPE, and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
Assemble products by developing manual dexterity for working with multiple small parts, such as screws.
Use digital assembly instructions and scan completed orders in SAP ERP.
Employ manual tools including torque drivers, gap filler dispensing guns, and soldering irons.
Work with chemicals like isopropyl alcohol and acetone.
Use a magnifying glass for assembly tasks while working in a sitting position.
Lift up to 20 lbs from floor and above shoulder level as needed.
**Essential Skills**
1+ years of production experience, ideally with small parts.
Detail-oriented with medium computer skills.
Experience in quality inspection, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
SAP experience is an asset.
Clean room experience is an asset.
Soldering experience is an asset.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is more akin to a lab than a traditional manufacturing facility, classified as a Clean Room level 100 and climate-controlled. You will wear full protective garb including a hairnet, veil covering the nose and mouth area, and a suit covering head to toe. The facility is meticulously clean and tidy. The position operates on an afternoon shift from 2pm-10:15pm.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.30 - $19.22/hr.
