Daily Responsibilities:
Product Owner will manage 1-2 initiatives for our Operational business. Each day is a blend of planning, team collaboration and stakeholder communication. This will require the individual to understand a problem statement, chart a course of action, and lead a group of developers and analysts to deliver on a solution. Typical activities could include:
- Review backlog and define user stories.
- Facilitate Agile cadences (sprint planning, standups)
- Communicate with stakeholders.
- Address issues and facilitate problem solving within the team
- Update project decks and reports
Must Have Skills:
- Previous experience as Product Owner or Product Manager is preferred.
- Experience in business analysis
- Nature of project includes building data transformation, workflow management, and reporting. Previous experience in a similar nature of projects will be beneficial.
Technical Skills:
- JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, PowerBI (optional)
