Role Overview

The Product Developer - Pizza will be instrumental to developing new products and improving the quality of existing ones. This position requires strong technical skills and experience in dough based product development and testing.

Requirements

- Post-secondary university degree in Food Sciences or equivalent experience

- Proven experience (minimum 4-7 years) in dough based product development with strong technical skills

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment

- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and strategic approach

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test new bakery products, ensuring quality and taste standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to refine product formulations and enhance production processes.
  • Stay abreast of consumer preferences in the bakery sector.
  • Document and analyze product performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations throughout the product development cycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
