Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Duration: 3 months (March to May 2024)
  • Work Location : Hybrid, Toronto (95% Remote)
  • Pay Rate: 18.50/hr

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides technology-based customer service support, conducts first-level analysis to resolve end-user incidents/issues, and ensures prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, problems, and issues under all conditions.


MUST HAVE:

  • Technical background
  • Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office Suite experience


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with access requests
  • Intake experience
  • Banking or financial industry experience

EDUCATION: High school diploma/graduation at minimum
