<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Problem Management Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving the root causes of IT problems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct root cause analysis for identified problems</li><li>Develop and document workarounds and permanent solutions</li><li>Maintain the known error database</li><li>Analyze incident trends to identify potential problems</li><li>Collaborate with other ITSM teams to implement problem resolutions</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in IT support or problem management</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li></ul><p></p>
