Description:
– Design and program functioning PLC and HMI for controlling assembly lines and stand-alone machinery (i.e., nutwelders) using Allen Bradley/Rockwell software- RS Logix 5000/Studio 5000 and Factory Talk View Studio
– Develop designs, documentation, and programs according to the scheduled timeline
– Evaluate all processes are working accordingly and perform I/O checks
– Integration and Debug control systems and equipment.
– Experience with PLC and Robotic programming with Allen Bradley/Rockwell software- RS Logix 5000/Studio 5000 of assembly welding lines
– Extensive knowledge in HMI programming – Factory Talk View Studio
– Knowledge of Ethernet and I-O Link communication protocols
– Knowledge of resistance welding, electrical standards, and latest safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with PLC programming
- Experience with Allen Bradley/ Rockwell Software
- Experience with HMI programming
