Required Skills:• Proven experience in supporting and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, with a focus on Sentinel, Akamai, and CrowdStrike. Certification in these tools is highly desirable.• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.• Proficient in incident response and troubleshooting methodologies.• Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure web gateways.• Excellent analytical and problem• *Solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving situations.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast• *Paced environment.• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in cybersecurity technologies and tools.Roles and Responsibilities:• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and stability of our cybersecurity platforms, including Sentinel, Akamai, and CrowdStrike.• Respond to and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests related to the cybersecurity platforms promptly and effectively.• Collaborate with cross Functional teams, including cybersecurity engineers, network administrators, and system administrators, to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.• Conduct regular system analysis and performance tuning to optimize the efficiency and reliability of the cybersecurity platforms.• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles, to facilitate efficient support and enhance team knowledge.• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new features or updates related to Sentinel, Akamai, and CrowdStrike.• Recommend and implement enhancements to the cybersecurity platforms, working closely with the cybersecurity engineering team.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
