In your role, you will
Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center;Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers;Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers;Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization;Identify and mitigate risks proactively;Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects;Enforce internal safety rules on your sites;Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes. You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction, Industriel) and / or technical;You have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector;You have the best practices in project management;You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments;You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written;You have the ability to demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution;You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority.
