Function
We're recruiting a Project Planner to support offshore and marine project scopes for a global energy client. This is a hands-on planning role where you'll work closely with engineering teams to build and maintain project schedules and support ongoing offshore vessel activities
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project
Working directly with engineers and project teams to capture scope, sequencing, and timelines
Supporting offshore and vessel-related project planning
Tracking progress, risks, and upcoming milestones
Helping ensure projects stay on schedule as scopes evolve
Requirements
Must Haves:
Strong, practical experience using Microsoft Project
Background in offshore, subsea, marine, or vessel-based projects is a big plus
Comfortable working with technical teams and turning inputs into real schedules
Able to jump in quickly and add value right away
Available to start in the near term
Nice To Have
Subsea or offshore vessel experience
Experience supporting international project teams
