We utilize innovative strategies to deliver patients access to specialized therapy in a cost-effective, timely and caring manner leading to improved adherence, therapeutic success and overall well-being._Job Duties:_ Coordinating and monitoring specialty deliveries Talking to customers and ensure that medicines reach the patients in time Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement Coordinate with courier companies, drivers and clinics for timely and efficient deliveries.
