Grooming Reception Angel
Schedule:
- Monday: 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday: 9am – 5pm
At Les Anges Gardiennes, our reception is the heart of the guest experience. We're looking for someone who brings warmth, elegance, and a touch of magic to every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome every pet and parent with genuine warmth, creating a smooth and magical arrival experience
- Offer attentive, personalized service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail feels easy and cared for
- Schedule grooming appointments with precision and courtesy
- Understand basic breeds, coat types, and fur conditions to guide clients toward the perfect service
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently in person, by phone, and by message
- Prepare check-in and check-out notes, handle payments, and keep client profiles updated
- Support groomers with accurate service notes, ensuring every pet receives the right care
- Maintain a clean, beautiful, and inviting reception area that reflects our high standards
What You Bring:
- Experience in scheduling or reception (pet grooming or spa experience is an asset)
- A calm, polished, and friendly presence
- Excellent customer service skills with a high-end touch
- Comfort working with animals and identifying common breeds and coat types
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- A natural ability to create joyful, memorable moments for clients and their pets
