JennEm Fitness is a private, results-driven training studio specializing in semi-private personal training for women who want to get stronger, feel confident, and build sustainable habits.
We are not a big box gym.
We are not a "babysit the treadmill" facility.
We deliver structured programming, high-level coaching, and a supportive, empowering environment.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate, professional coach to join our evening team.
We are hiring a Part-Time Personal Trainer to coach semi-private personal training sessions (2-5 clients per session) during evening hours.
This role is ideal for a trainer who:

Duties
- Coach semi-private strength training sessions (2-5 clients)
- Deliver programming as designed
- Advise on nutrition as designed
- Provide hands-on coaching, cueing, and progressions
- Ensure client safety and proper technique
- Create an energetic, supportive training atmosphere
- Track attendance and client notes
- Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for sessions
- Maintain studio cleanliness and professionalism
Skills
- Are confident coaching squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows
- Are vocal and engaging during sessions
- Correct form with confidence and clarity
- Believe in progressive overload and structured programming
- Understand that coaching is about people — not just reps
- Take pride in professionalism and presentation
Qualifications
Required:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong knowledge of strength training fundamentals
- Professional, punctual, and coachable
Preferred:
- Experience coaching semi-private or group strength sessions
- Experience training women (prenatal/postpartum knowledge is a plus)
- Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
