Company Overview

Bridgestar Group is a privately held real estate development and asset management company focused on purpose-built multifamily housing in British Columbia. We are currently leasing up a newly completed 48-unit residential building in Penticton and preparing for an additional ~45-unit project in Kelowna.

We are seeking a performance-driven marketing specialist to accelerate lease-up and improve absorption velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage Google Search campaigns targeting high-intent rental keywords
  • Launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Set up and manage retargeting funnels
  • Implement and manage tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)
  • Optimize campaigns weekly based on performance data
  • Coordinate with internal leasing lead to improve conversion performance
  • Provide concise weekly reporting on KPIs

Required Experience

  • 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate, multifamily, or lease-up campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
  • Data-driven, ROI-focused mindset
  • Ability to launch campaigns within 7–10 days

Preferred:

  • Experience with Canadian rental markets
  • Experience marketing buildings under 100 units

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
