Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules and upgrade projects. The candidate will handle user issues, ticket resolution, configuration updates, and production support, while collaborating with SMEs and technical teams to ensure smooth system operations and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Financial modules
- Manage user tickets, product service requests, and issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
- Support PeopleSoft upgrade projects (PeopleTools & Image upgrades)
- Work with customer SMEs, process consultants, and technical teams
- Assist with configuration updates and process improvements
- Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs and production issues
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
Required Skills
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials experience
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Experience in minimum 2 PeopleSoft upgrade projects (PeopleTools / Image upgrades)
- Functional knowledge of modules:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Inventory (INV)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Knowledge of PeopleTools and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in production support and batch job monitoring
Preferred Skills
- Technical documentation (installation guides, upgrade plans, testing strategy)
- Production support and job scheduling management
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Other Requirements
- Candidate must be located in Canada (preferably Vancouver)
- Retail domain experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
