Position: Pediatrician
Location: Warden & Finch area, Scarborough, Ontario (Greater Toronto Area)
Type: Full-time preferred (part-time considered) | Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)

Overview
A well-established and growing clinic in Scarborough is seeking a Pediatrician to support increasing demand and provide high-quality care to children and families in the community. This opportunity is ideal for physicians currently practicing in the United Kingdom who are interested in relocating to Ontario and transitioning into a Canadian clinic environment.
Physicians must be eligible for registration and practice in Ontario through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) via an applicable pathway for internationally trained physicians.
What You'll Do
- Provide pediatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment across a broad range of presentations
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient and family experience
- Maintain accurate documentation using clinic technology and EMR tools
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based practice environment
Clinic & Practice Environment
- Approx. 3,000 sq ft clinic
- 8 exam rooms + 1 procedure room
- Full administrative support team, including reception and a physician assistant
- Technology-enabled practice using Oscar Pro, Nexus AI Scribe, and Ocean MD
- Attached pharmacy for patient convenience (not part of the business)
- On-site parking
- Existing patient base with strong growth opportunity
Compensation
- Estimated first-year earnings: ~$500,000
- 80/20 fee split
Qualifications & Requirements
- MD degree with UK clinical training and experience (GMC registration and UK practice experience strongly preferred)
- Eligibility for CPSO registration (independent practice or applicable supervised/provisional pathway, depending on specialty and role)
- For specialists: appropriate UK specialist training and credentials (CCT or equivalent) aligned to Ontario registration pathways
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a patient-first approach
- Comfort working in a structured clinic setting, including EMR documentation
