Audi Kelowna is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in providing excellent service to both customers and technicians.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting our service department and ensuring the timely sourcing, organization, and delivery of parts required to keep vehicles operating at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians and service advisors in identifying and sourcing required automotive parts
Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking parts
Maintain accurate records within the dealership management system
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal staff and retail customers
Ensure parts department organization and cleanliness
Process warranty parts returns and vendor returns when required
Support efficient workflow within the service department
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts department experience
Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable working with computer systems and inventory software
Valid driver’s license
