Responsibilities
- Advising hospitals and other health service providers on various corporate, commercial, and governance matters such as corporate structuring, integrations, commercial contracts, procurement, strategic alliances, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, financings, and regulatory compliance.
- Additionally, the role entails providing regulatory advice and opinions, particularly regarding changes in law and regulation impacting business models and identifying limitations and opportunities in care delivery.
- Overseeing the training and mentoring of a substantial team of junior lawyers with a focus on the health sector.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Corporate Commercial law, specifically advising health sector clients.
- Candidates should possess a book of business.
- Candidates should exhibit entrepreneurial spirit and a client-focused approach.
- Strong judgement and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
