CARSTAR Rymal Collision and Glass is looking for Paint Prepper! Responsibilities: * Ability to surface prep various parts and panels for paint * Mask and tape body surfaces in preparation for painting * Sand, grind, and fill metal surfaces * Ability to review repair orders and perform the required tasks efficiently * Assist painters in additional tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills * 2+ years of collision repair experience as a Paint Prepper in a production body shop * Above average quality focus * Great worth ethic and attention to detail * Access to transportation to and from work within the scheduled hours Work Environment * Noisy work environment * Exposure to dust and fumes * Exposure to hot and cold weather during Summer and Winter months Company Profile CARSTAR Offers: * Best In Class facility * A competitive compensation plan * Benefits program * Initial and continuous training * Opportunity to grow within CARSTAR Canada * Career path to becoming a painter Join the leading team and be part of North America’s largest and fastest growing collision repair network!
