Our client, a boutique digital marketing agency with global customers is hiring for a Paid Search & Paid Social Manager to join their growing teams. With a strong reputation in EMEA and APAC, our client is growing their agency in North America with renowned B2B and B2C clients including Calm, Zipcar, END, Quickbooks and more! They specialize in digital and performance marketing (including search, social, programmatic, display, SEO and more) as well as data, strategy and technology services.

The Paid Search & Paid Social Manager will be hands on keyboard, setting up, executing and optimizing campaigns across all search and social channels. Experience working on the strategy and delivery of campaigns across both channels is essential, ideally within a digital agency environment. This person will also oversee 1 to 2 direct reports, so while no managerial experience is required it should be something you are looking to do in your next role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive paid search and paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of paid campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Create, implement, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a 1-2 paid search and paid social specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Keep on top of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3/4 years of experience in managing paid search and paid social media campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
  • Expert user of Google Ads Manager and META
  • Experience using other social channels such as TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and/or Snapchat
  • Experience managing multiple accounts & strategies
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically for media clients
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Articulate with good writing and client facing skills
  • Good vibes and team player

Base: $75k DOE + benefits
