We are currently seeking one Owner Operator for our Tank Division in Toronto
Experienced Dry Bulk Tank Driver – Owner Operator
We are currently seeking one Owner Operator to haul cement around Eastern Ontario and Quebec.
- Monday to Friday, home on weekends
- Direct Deposit/Bi-Weekly pay
- Paid Orientation (2 days)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) Year Over The Road AZ Verifiable Driving Experience as an owner operator
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Provide a copy of your Valid Driver's License (Front and Back)
- Provide a Clean Driver's Abstract (no more then 30 days old)
- Provide a Clean CVOR (no more then 30 days old)
- Provide a Clean Police Check (no more then 60 days old) or valid FAST card
- B-Train Experience Preferred
- Copy of proof Citizenship (ie. Passport, Birth Certificate or Certificate of Citizenship)
Equipment:
- Maximum 5th wheel height of 48”
- All tractors must be heavy spec’d 46,000 lbs rear-end, and 14,000 lbs front end
Cooney Pays for:
- Rates in Metric Ton
- Mileage and hourly Rates for loaded and empty moves (based on latest version of PC Miler).
- All Licensing Fees
- Company Decals (Special Orders at our expense)
- Fuel Tax, Permits (HVUT). Tolls, Bridge Crossings, and Transponders (excludes 407)
- PeopleNet Satellite, Installation and Monthly Fee
- Accident Benefits and Emergency Out-of-Province Coverage
Owner Operators Pay for:
- Insurance - Auto, cargo, and liability insurance deductibles will remain at $2,500.00 per occurrence with the primary policy remaining at a $10,000 limit. Insurance based on gross revenue will be charged at 5.0%.
- Buy Down & WSIB replacement insurance must be purchased through company approved provided.
- Buy Down cost: $136.00 per month - THIS IS A MANDATORY COST.
- WSIB replacement $103.10 (single), $113.10 (family) per month - THIS IS A MANDATORY COST
Additional Benefits:
- Belleville/Brantford/Montreal terminal & all Card-Locked Fuel / DEF capped @74.9 cents/L + taxes.
