About the Role
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow customer relationships on Vancouver Island. This role focuses on long-term account development, face-to-face customer visits, and representing Reimer Hardwoods as a trusted supplier.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with cabinet shops, millwork companies, and manufacturers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Visit customers regularly to understand projects and needs
- Promote Reimer Hardwoods full product offering
- Collaborate with inside sales on quotes and pricing
- Share market feedback and customer insights with the team
Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales (building materials or wholesale distribution preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel on Vancouver Island

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
