<p><p>Oracle Services Senior Consultant or Manager (Maintenance) - EY Studio+ Nederland • London, Ontario, Canada</p>
<p>EY Advisory Services is a rapidly evolving and high‑growth sector with significant potential. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Maintenance Senior Consultant or Manager with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of project management proficiency, in‑depth functional knowledge of Oracle supply chain modules (specifically maintenance application), and exceptional leadership and communication skills.</p>
<h3>Your key responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementation projects, delivering projects on time and to high‑quality standards.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project‑related communication and coordination.</li>
<li>Interpret and map functional and client requirements against leading Oracle Fusion Supply Chain processes including Maintenance.</li>
<li>Design module‑specific and end‑to‑end solutions within integrated Finance Supply Chain and maintenance applications; support existing Oracle Supply Chain modules including Maintenance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement and Order Management.</li>
<li>Conduct workshops and interviews to gather functional and non‑functional requirements; collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design and document the overall solution design.</li>
<li>Oversee quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle including testing and go‑live support; communicate project changes effectively to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop and implement project plans as needed, including scope, resource allocation, risk management and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor junior project team‑members, including functional and technical consultants.</li>
<li>Manage internal KPIs.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules (Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing), preferably in Fusion.</li>
<li>At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite and/or Fusion.</li>
<li>Involvement in at least three full life cycle implementations, including one in the Fusion Maintenance Application.</li>
<li>Client‑facing delivery experience with knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira is a plus.</li>
<li>Preferred experience in asset‑intensive industry sectors.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>A degree in engineering technology, business or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).</li>
<li>Certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications are a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>London/Ottawa/Waterloo Manager: $104,500 to $154,500</li>
<li>London/Ottawa/Waterloo Senior: $83,500 to $125,500</li>
<li>Victoria Manager: $99,000 to $149,000</li>
<li>Victoria Senior: $79,000 to $119,000</li>
<li>Toronto/Vancouver Manager: $110,000 to $160,000</li>
<li>Toronto/Vancouver Senior: $88,000 to $132,000</li>
</ul>
