Operations Coordinator
Location: 420 Rodinea Road, Maple Ontario
Reports to: Operations Supervisor/Manager
Job Status: Full Time - 6Mth Contract
Shifts Available:Day Shift Monday to Friday 7:00am 4:00pm

As an Operations Coordinator in Maple, you will oversee the rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer-focused operations day to day.
Specific responsibilities include:
Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks
Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed
Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team
Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry is an asset.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer service skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay Details
$20-$22/Hour and up, based on experience
