Job Overview OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE II – (6 month contract) DESCRIPTION Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate II is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver products to customers; Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading; Service and maintain customer equipment; Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment; Install machines at customer locations; Provide assistance as needed to the operations team. This list is not exhaustive.
Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma preferred; 1 year in similar role; Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract; Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience. COMPETENCIES Bilingualism in concerned provinces; Basic computer skills; Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills; Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
