  • Driving employee celebrations program by collaborating with multiple teams to execute in a timely manner
  • Supporting front desk responsibilities by greeting and assisting visitors and ensuring an excellent office experience
  • Jam with operations, marketing, senior leadership, and other team members on ways to make the office a better place to be and for seasonal events
  • Support finance and HR team with data entry, Quickbooks, employee reimbursements, payroll, digital filing, and timesheets with accuracy
  • Actively engage in feedback sessions, both providing and receiving feedback to refine and enhance event success
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are functioning well, clean, and maintained

  • What

  • Experience in office management, administration, OR equivalent.
  • The natural ability to be personable, warm, and build strong relationships
  • Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, executed among various digital channels and attention to detail
