The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes along with hands-on expertise in OneStream development, data integration, and reporting solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design, configure, and maintain OneStream applications to support financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and reports within OneStream.</li><li>Perform data integration and ETL activities, ensuring accuracy in data loads from multiple source systems.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into OneStream solutions.</li><li>Support metadata management, hierarchy changes, and financial model updates.</li><li>Troubleshoot application issues, provide production support, and ensure system stability.</li><li>Develop and maintain security roles, user access, and governance in OneStream.</li><li>Participate in UAT, system upgrades, and new feature implementations.</li><li>Create documentation for technical configurations and end-user training.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a OneStream Developer.</li><li>Hands-on experience in OneStream implementation, configuration, and support.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, FP&A, and reporting processes.</li><li>Experience in Cube Views, Quick Views, Dashboards, Extensible Documents, and Workflow setup.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and data integration concepts.</li><li>Experience with scripting languages (VB.NET, C#) used in OneStream business rules.</li><li>Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and security administration.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):</p><ul><li>OneStream Foundation or Advanced Certification.</li><li>Experience in banking/financial services domain.</li><li>Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
