<p><b>Duties and responsibilities</b></p><p>+ Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner</p><p>+ Schedule appointments</p><p>+ Train Receptionists, Office Assistants and Providers to use Universal Office to;</p><ul><li>Schedule appointments</li><li>Add new patients and open patient cases</li><li>Create Invoices and Record Payments</li><li>Complete MVA, EHC and WSIB claim forms</li><li>Create and track Treatment Plans</li><li>Submit documents to HCAI and TELUS Health</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files</li></ul><p><b>Skills</b></p><p>+ Extensive knowledge of Universal Office is a MUST</p><p>+ Must possess outstanding organizational skills and be able to multitask</p><p>+ experience in Physical Rehabilitation Clinics</p><p>+ Must be fluent in written and spoken English</p><p>+ Excellent customer service skills</p><p>+ Fast Learner</p><p><br></p><p>Job Types: Full-time, </p><p><br></p><p>Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour depend on experience</p><p>Expected hours: 40 per week</p><li><br></li><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>administrative: 1 years (required)</li><li>email your resume to </li></ul>
