Nutrition Services is responsible for food production and patient food services for all 4 sites.Â

Under minimal direct supervision, the diet clerk processes patient menus, ensuring that patient receives a meal that complies with diet order. The job is completed within a computerized setting within specific timelines. Performs other duties as assigned.Â
1. Grade 12 or equivalent
2. Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry
3. Demonstrated time management skills, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
4. Food Handler Certification
5. Medical Terminology Certificate
6. Experience with computerized menu management systems, preferredÂ
7. Experience in CBORD/Meditech, preferred
8. Food Allergen Certificate, preferredÂ
