Job Description: This position is responsible to assist the Primary Health Care Manager with the delivery of Home Care services that are consistent with policies, standards, legal requirements, philosophy and mission of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
- Three years previous experience in a Home Care environment
- Acute Care experience preferred.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
