We have made significant investments in digital technology, horizontal, and vertical platforms, allowing us to successfully serve our clients for over 50 years.Skills and Responsibilities:• Understanding of programming Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, etc. and their usage• Very good written and verbal communication skill in English is essential.• Able to work individually as well as global/virtual teams of different disciplines.• Able to work in an industrial environment and occasionally underground.• Minimum years of recent network experience• Able to participate in an On-Call rotation.• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills is key.• Valid Class G driver’s license. Must be living in Sudbury, Ontario before start date. (Remote work not possible)• Preference given to Cisco Certified. (CCNA, CCNP)• Knowledgeable of network and fiber optic cabling, and patching an asset• Experience/Knowledge in VoIP technologies.• Experience/Knowledge in Cisco wireless solutions.• Experience/Knowledge in Operational Technologies (Process control, PLCs etc.)Additional Comments: There is a requirement to support devices in the field in Sudbury, Ontario and to do so safely must be able to be clean shaven and able to wear PPE such as hard hat, respirator, boots, gloves etc. as well as lift, carry and install network equipment.
