Job Description
Overview Job Skills / Requirements**Job Responsibilities**
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the mobile portfolio.
Ensure Mobile Security Officers receive required training, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary guidance when needed.
Maintain sufficient trained staffing levels to meet contractual obligations while minimizing overtime.
Oversee daily mobile operations, ensuring adherence to post orders, scheduled activities, and Mobile Department orientation standards.
Partner with People & Culture (P&C) to ensure adequate staffing levels and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and supporting Mobile Security Officers.
Respond to alarms, assign operational tasks, and conduct or delegate required hourly check-ins.
Monitor incident reports, conduct site assessments, and provide clients with appropriate security recommendations.
Review and manage portfolio profitability, including analyzing contract margins and supporting billing rate negotiations.
Support financial tracking by monitoring accounts receivable and coordinating with accounting as required.
Act as an after-hours resource for emergencies and ensure timely communication with clients, staff, P&C, Operations, and the Director of Mobile Operations.
Promote Paladin's services professionally and ensure client satisfaction with service delivery.
Perform additional duties as needed to support mobile operations, branch objectives, and corporate initiatives. Salary Range CAD$ 60, ,000

Education Requirements (All)
First Aid/CPR
Post secondary education in law enforcement from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
Teaching And/or Training Experience Is Required
Minimum 5 years experience security or related field
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
Valid BC Security Licence
