JOB SUMMARY

• Earn a sustainable wage. At CarShine, our detailers earn $22.15-$27.15/hour on average. Our pay starts at $20/hour (base wage), plus tips and performance bonuses. In addition, you will receive $0.40/km in mileage pay (2x more than cost of gas).
• No past detailing experience required. We provide all the training & support you need to be successful as a car detailer.
• Lunch on us! Complete 2 or more details in a day, and receive a lunch credit of up to $15. Now that’s a sweet treat!
• Build your career, and learn a valuable trade. After building your detailing skills with CarShine for two years, you can expect to earn $25/hour or more.
• Work 30-44 hours/week. ‍Our company operates 7-days a week, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, March until end of November. Your schedule will depend on a combination of staff preferences and company needs.

All of Carshine’s new detailers go through several days of paid training & mentorship, to settle into their new role and learn the in & outs of car detailing (no pun intended).
