Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals using industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban.

Duties

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and budget using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Project Server.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and product development.
  • Oversee change management processes to adapt project scope or objectives effectively.
  • Monitor project progress through data analysis, risk management strategies, and quality assurance practices.
  • Manage stakeholder communication through presentations, reports, and regular updates to ensure transparency.
  • Utilize collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, SharePoint, Confluence, Workday, Basecamp, ServiceNow, and Visio for documentation and workflow management.
  • Lead team management efforts including supervising team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards such as Salesforce integration, ERP systems management, and data collection protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMBOK.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe as well as Waterfall processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, and Project Server.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Effective negotiation skills for vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Data analysis skills for project tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, SAS analytics tools, Workday HR platform, and product management practices is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities through effective change management strategies.
