Industrial Millwright (433A), FOOD INDUSTRY - MISSISSAUGA (between 401 and 407)
Continental 12 hours Night shifts: 6pm until 6 am or 7pm until 7am

What You'll Be Doing
As a Millwright 433A, you will:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime
- Install, align, and adjust machinery and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Equipment You'll Work On
- Industrial bakery and food-processing equipment
- Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Basic electrical troubleshooting related to equipment (not electrical trade work)
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license is a must
- 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience is a must
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (CMMS / work orders)
Preferred:
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience
- Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability programs
