Skills and Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 – Functional.

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 – Technical; EIS : Structural Analysis (Dynamic);

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data uploads within the specific tool.

• Conduct regular data reviews to ensure data integrity and completeness, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.

• Implement urgent fixes within the tool to unblock end users encountering high-priority data issues.

• Manage data pipelines and notebooks to guarantee successful and consistent data flows.

• Oversee the execution of data governance processes, including approval workflows and BR validations.

• Address any errors or issues within data flows, ensuring smooth data processing and compliance with regulations.
