Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant

Your Opportunity
BDO Digital is looking for a senior consultant to join our Dynamics F&O practice. The role is a net‑new hire, location flexible within Canada.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations.
- Lead larger projects where multiple consultants are engaged, mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives, providing in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas.
- Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite.
- Provide training to client staff for day‑to‑day activities supporting ERP implementations.

Your Experience And Education
- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, strong expertise in Finance functional area.
- Full‑cycle ERP implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of ERP applications.
- Knowledge of other functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales, or Talent/Human Resources (preferred).
- Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications in relevant disciplines considered.
- Experience supporting ISVs and with SKG.
- Extensive functional knowledge: General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Multi‑business and Multi‑currency management.
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting, Project Accounting.
- Process analysis, redesign, documentation experience.
- Functional design, configuration, and process alignment with deep understanding of Financial System concepts.
- Self‑motivated, articulate, able to inspire audiences.
