About the Job
We are hiring a MEP Project Manager for our growing Webuild operations.
What You Will Be Doing?
- Manage and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of all MEP building systems throughout pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
- Lead and support the Senior Mechanical and Senior Electrical Coordinators, providing direction, prioritization, and issue resolution.
- During pre-construction, oversee MEP estimates, quantity take-offs, scope definitions, procurement strategies, and installation sequencing.
- Lead MEP design-assist coordination, including reviews of progress drawings, constructability reviews, and tracking of consultant comments and responses.
- Coordinate MEP subcontractors from mobilization through completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements and schedules.
- Work closely with the Superintendent on site logistics, temporary works, access planning, and sequencing of MEP activities.
- Oversee review and approval of MEP shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications prior to installation.
- Monitor MEP submittals, consultant reviews, approvals, and field installation progress.
- Coordinate MEP activities, materials procurement, and interfaces with the Project Manager, Construction Coordinators, and field staff.
What We Are Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in building construction or infrastructure projects with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing MEP scopes including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and life safety systems.
- Previous experience on rail or transportation infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
- Experience with LEED or sustainable building construction is an asset.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, work package delivery, and construction sequencing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM coordination tools, and Bluebeam.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
- Thorough understanding of applicable MEP codes, standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Familiarity with working in active rail environments and complex infrastructure interfaces is an asset.

Compensation
Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $100,000-$130,000. The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependent on the specific project to which you are assigned.
